This is the first step, buy a deck of playing cards they can be what ever size you want, I used the standard size for mine as I will be swapping them with others.
The second step is grab your gesso and cover the front and back of the card this may take a few layers depending on what brand of gesso you use
The third step is embellish your card any way you like. I used silks acrylic paints , some alphabit stickers that were stashed away and some bling, I had to let my paint sit over night to dry after they dried I put my stickers and bling on them, next you want to seal them, I used collage Pauge glossy , which I picked up from joanns , I love this stuff I use it on everything !Now I am waiting for them to dry again! So I can add my inspiration on the blank side of the card I'm so excited you can use these cards in your art journal , on scrap book pages or just about any way you like , I will post the final picture as soon as the drying has finished .
Have a crafty day!
